Warehouse Worker
Tallgrass Recruitment is a family owned and operated business with a long-standing reputation for providing quality products and superior customer service. We are looking for warehouse workers to assist in our manufacturing operations.
Job Description:
- Loading and unloading product from trucks
- Checking in and out orders according to order numbers, picking up parts as needed for orders, preparing pallet for shipment, etc.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist at the waist, and reach above the shoulders. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment. Warehouse environment consists of cold storage, cold room, warehouse space, and hot storage areas. Must be able to follow instructions. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and other employees. Must be able to work independently and take direction from supervisors. Must be punctual and reliable. Warehouse environment is very dusty and you will need good industrial hygiene habits. This job requires good industrial hygiene habits as well as being able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- High school GCSE's preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
