Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system.
- Carry out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements.
- Design and develop test cases or test procedures based on system requirements and design.
- Create traceability to requirements, analysing gaps and addressing them.
- Conduct test execution with internal and external stakeholders and support in ensuring requirements are satisfied.
- Perform root cause analysis for production and user acceptance defects, addressing test gaps to ensure test efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in designing/developing test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the system development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment.
- Relevant experience with the tools used for test management and defect tracking.
- Able to work well both independently as well as in a team.
- ISTQB/ISEB test certification is an advantage.
