Key Responsibilities
Revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel
Development and management of pricing strategies for all segments and channels
Inventory management for static contracts (managing Stop Sales, reduction of release period etc)
Planning and execution of yearly Revenue Budget
Planning and execution of Commercial plan
Development of frequent forecasting of room revenue
Monitoring Pickup, competitor & market performance
Content management (update information on hotel's website, OTAS, printed material etc)
Reputation management (managing review/ metasearch websites)
Analysis of overall weekly/ monthly sales performance and provision of summary report
Process of Tour Operator extranets (stay restrictions, promotions etc)
Planning and conducting site inspections
Conducting group displacement analysis for group/ MICE business requests
Coordination of the operation of Group/ MICE business in the hotel
Management of hotel sales and marketing initiatives
Frequent communication and coordination with Sales & Marketing team to monitor performance
Qualifications / personal characteristics
BA or Diploma on Tourism Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Previous work experience for at least 3-5 years in a 5 * or 4 * hotel in similar role
Professional experience in Sales, Reservations or Marketing department of a hotel
Excellent knowledge of Greek & English (written and verbal)
Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel
Good working knowledge of PMS (OPERA)
Good analytical and numeric skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of OTA and TO extranets (eg Booking.com, ExpediaPartnercentral.com, Webhotelier.net etc.)
Decision making ability on revenue management matters
Communication skills with presentation convenience
